Our membership is limited to 30 children for practical and safety reasons. Unfortunately, the pack has reached this limit and the subsequent waiting list is a problem. We could easily include some more children if we had more leaders - volunteers welcome!

2010-06 Rocketeering

Glorious sunshine with hardly any brief - ideal weather for launching rockets. Our thanks to our local mad scientists Howard and Oliver who came along with their machines that go wizz and bang! Quite an exciting experience for the Cubs who were keen to find out more.

2010 Downe Cubcamp

Fun, frolicking and braving the elements (and Akela's cooking) were all part of the experience and the Cubs can proudly tell their family and friends of how they survived a weekend of proper British camping. Sunshine, downpours, freezing temperatures and also flooded tents kept us all on our toes over a long bank holiday weekend.

House of Parliament 2010

The weather and HM Courts Service were both very kind to us as the sun was shining and a Judge banned the Rail Unions from going on strike! As we expected, Gordon Browne dissolved parliament and called for a general election when he saw us coming...
